Adult winter Sunday school electives will be starting on Sunday, December 4. All adults from the New Beginnings Class through and including the Character Builders Class are invited to participate. Please sign-up in class or at the SIGN-UP CORNER for the class you would like to participate in. Class locations are still being determined. The classes and teachers are as follows:
The Coming Economic Armageddon (Teachers – Larry Wenger, John Blouch)
This DVD series, presented by Dr. David Jeremiah, examines the current state of the world economy and sets future expectations with prophetic scripture. It highlights current signs that the end is growing closer and provides Biblical principles for meeting financial challenges.
Book of Song of Solomon on Love, Marriage and Sex (Teachers – Fred Keller, Pastor Kevin Zintak, Tom Krall)
This DVD series by David Jeremiah will lead you through a verse-by-verse tour of the domain of love. You’ll journey through the ups and downs of two becoming one and Solomon’s love story of courtship and consummation. This is for anyone new in love of just in need of a refresher of love.
When Life Is Hard (Teachers – Kirby Brubaker, Dean Patches, David Smith)
This DVD series is presented by Rev. James McDonald and provides you with God’s answers to the question of why life is hard straight from the Bible. Highlighted topics include why we have trials, what their purpose is, and why there is purpose in pain.
The Truth Project (limited to a small group of 12 only) (Teachers – Pastor Charlie Ilyes, Justin Bollinger)
From Focus on the Family, this study will teach you the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life. The signup sheet for this elecdtive will be posted in the narthex only and this elective will continue through the spring quarter for a total period of six months.
The Way of the Master Basic Training Course (Teacher – Chuck Yost)
This study will help train believers to share the Gospel with others.

The theme for the winter quarter is “God Establishes a Faithful People.” You will study scripture passages from the Old and New Testaments, including Genesis, Exodus, Luke and Galatians.
